If you are dissatisfied with Terrasil’s effectiveness in any way, you have a full 90 days (3 months) to return the product and request a no-hassle refund. Simply email us at service@aidanceskincare.com to request a Return Authorization Form and briefly explain your situation. A friendly customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide further instructions. Refund credits (less shipping, handling and promotions) are issued promptly after we receive the returned product.
